Sergey has more than twenty years of working experience in international companies, including the last 18 years in FMCG sector. His major areas of expertise are Organizational Development and L&D and he has working experience in Sales, Consumer Engagement and Distribution.

His current role in Philip Morris International in Moscow (Russia) is entails supporting critical business initiatives by implementing a practical capability building approach, that aims to improve individual
and business performance to support the company’s ongoing transformation.

Sergey is a big believer in the 70:20:10 methodology – he has and continues to progressively implement and deploy it across PM Russia during the last year.
