The 70:20:10 Institute offers a wide range of solutions to help you build value for your organization.
If you are a larger organization (more than 10,000 employees) we work with you to create a suite of customized solutions to deliver value.
If you are a smaller organization (up to 10,000 employees) we work with you to construct Value-Based L&D bundles to deliver value over a 2 to 3-year period. Each bundled solution has a voucher value, so you can see exactly what you are getting for your investment.


How it works!

We work with larger organizations to finely craft the best solutions for you. This involves engaging with you to get a deep understanding of your challenges and priorities and then co-creating a workplan to suit your needs. Your first step should be to contact us to set up a meeting to agree engagement and start this process.

The voucher system for smaller organizations works as follows:

  • You select what you need from a wide range of solutions on the L&D Business Canvas™.
  • Co-creation and customization are vital. We will work with you to co-create the smartest and best ways to customize your solutions, so they deliver the greatest possible value for you.
  • We’re flexible if you want to go faster and reach your desired state in less time. You can simply purchase more vouchers and add solutions to your plan at any time as you need them.
  • We’re also flexible in terms of how you apply the Value-Based L&D Methodology™. You can start with the solutions that best fit your business needs and we’ll support you with smart processes to take care of all steps along the way.
  • The L&D Business Canvas™ helps you visualize and structure the best solutions for your needs. This provides a practical approach to help you progress quickly and deliver value in your organization. It also helps make the whole system more visible and accessible.
  • At the end of each year you can choose a new bundle of Value-Based L&D solutions, so you are continually developing and improving your L&D services to deliver real value for your organization.

Strategic consulting to support your L&D management along your value-based learning journey. We will help guide you with the development of your strategy, your stakeholder sessions, your strategic challenges and the implementation of your Value-Based Roadmap.

Our finance experts work with you to ensure you have all the necessary processes in place for all your reporting needs.

Expert Program (online/face-to-face)

Our Value-Based Expert Program is designed to develop your 70:20:10 capability. As part of the program your team works on projects within your own organisations with guidance and support from our 70:20:10 experts.

The program is supported through online or face-to- face Accelerator sessions and ongoing progress checks by our experts. We provide materials, process guidance and support on our social knowledge network platform.

Detective Clinic (online)

The Detective Clinic is designed to build your team’s capability to implement the Performance Detective role in your organisation. This clinic consists of four online sessions, work on a ‘live’ project in your organization, and individual support check-ins.

The Performance Detective is a key role in our 70:20:10 Methodology.

Up to 15 participants and 5 projects Four 90-minute online live clinics and individual check-ins on an as needed based.

Detective Program (face-to-face) for L&D and HRBPs

The Performance Detective Clinic sets up your L&D professionals and HR Business Partners to apply the Performance Detective role within the 70:20:10 Methodology™ in their daily practice. The program is project-based.

As part of this program, and in collaboration with our partners The Platinum Performance Group, we provide you with a set of tools from the Performance DNA™ Light toolkit to support you in your Performance Detective work.

  • 11-15 participants and 5 projects per cohort/program
  • 1x 2-day workshop + series of online check-ins and meeting to present final project outcomes.

Game Changer Clinic (online)

This program supports you to use a robust performance support methodology and content development approach. We work with you to develop effective performance support for one critical task you have identified.

Online live sessions, online coaching and feedback on your own products. Within a period of six weeks, two two-hour online live clinics and four 30-60-minutes feedback sessions depending on the number of participants.

Summit

Every year we organize a summit where international companies present results in the field of Value-Based learning and 70:20:10 and we share the latest developments within the field.

As part of your annual subscription we also provide you with one-off expert consultancy services.

Value-Based Proof-of-Impact Project

Demonstration of the practical application of the 70:20:10 methodology using one of your projects to demonstrate business impact. This proof of impact project will help you convince stakeholders (management, HR, and L&D) of the power and business impact of the 70:20:10 methodology.

Our value-based proof of concept impact project will guide you through the entire process of implementing the Value-Based methodology for a specific case.
